Shane Cross

Shane's background in Health & Fitness started at an early age playing multiple sports at a representative level though it was his talents in the Pool that took him to the next level. Representing his country in the sport along with some national titles Shane wanted to take that passion and drive to try and help clients achieve amazing results. Since becoming a personal trainer in 2010 Shane has completed a Full Marathon, 6 Half Marathons, Half Ironman, Noosa Triathlon, Tough Mudder & Spartan Races. Shane loves nothing more than to see his clients set goals and achieve them through hard work & dedication.
