Our Updated Timetable for 40 Days of Fitness

With the 40 Days of Fitness fast approaching, here is our updated version of the timetable for the 40 Days. We have the addition of our brand new classes - Soul Strength combining bodyweight, TRX & Kettlebell movements to give you an awesome workout, also Soul Sprint a 30min express run club set to test your agility and speed.
